We aim to offer a high quality service to our clients, with pre-sale valuations available to prospective vendors without obligation.
Our commission rates are 15% plus VAT, with a lotting fee of £3.00 plus VAT and insurance fee of 1.5% plus VAT across all sales.
Valuation Days & House Visits
We hold free valuation days every Saturday, and the Thursday, Friday and Monday following a sale. For larger collections or whole house contents, home visits and house clearances can be arranged. Please contact the Office on 01925 658833 for more information or to arrange a Home Visit.
All the items which we have for sale are listed on the-saleroom.com and in our Auction Catalogues. The Saleroom Platform shows images of all the items catalogued to go under the hammer, a service we offer free of charge. Our sales attract a large number of buyers including buyers from all around the world.
Our preferred method of payment is via BACS (Bank Transfer). In order to be paid directly into your bank you will need to speak to the office staff and provide them with your bank details. BACS payments will be made four weeks from the Monday after the sale (the fifth Monday after the Wednesday auction) in which your items are sold.
Cheque payments are available, however cheques will only be posted from the Warrington Office on the Monday four weeks after the sale in which your items sold.
